Cancellation Policy

* You may cancel your lesson more than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time and receive a full refund.
* No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Rescheduling Policy

* You may reschedule your lesson free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
* Lessons rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are not eligible for a refund or credit, and the full lesson fee will apply.

How to Contact Us

To cancel or reschedule your lesson, please text us on 027 306 0021. We recommend texting rather than calling, as our instructors may be teaching another learner and unable to answer the phone. If your matter is urgent, you are welcome to call.
